My name is Jess, I'm a designer, illustrator and artist based in Coburg, Melbourne - I'm originally from Bradford, in the north of England. I've a professional background in web & graphic design, having previously worked in publishing / EdTech. I studied Illustration at university.

 

I love drawing from life, and getting stuck into the process capturing a dynamic scene as it unfolds around me. I am passionate about using arts & design work for good in my community, having recently worked with Bradford's Airedale General Hospital to launch their first ever on-site arts programme. I'm interested exploring the themes of diaspora, belonging, and the idea of 'home' in its many forms. This is my favourite book of 2025 (so far).
